Gentle Yoga Basics

-Gentle Yoga Basics is a very peaceful and relaxing practice. We use basic yoga postures with slower movements and longer hold times for deep relaxation and deep release.

Monday’s 4:45PM- 5:45PM (Winter Hours)

Gentle Yoga Flow

-Gentle Yoga Flow consists of slower stretching sequences, using basic yoga postures. We add slow and supported movements to work on mobility.

Thursday’s 830AM-930AM
