Body Assessment & Personalized Stretching Plan

Yoga, Stretching, and Personal Wellness is made for Every Body.

This is where it gets really fun. This is where we get to see yoga and stretching expand from beyond the structure of the classroom, and find a path that is unique to each individual.

We are all at different places in our physical being. I understand that not everyone has the time, energy, physical ability, or confidence to go into a yoga class.

The Body Assessment will help us define your physical needs, and the Personalized Stretching Plan will map out a solution to healing that is just for You.

Examples of how we can Modify our stretching plan to suit your needs.

Chair Stretching. This is for those who need to stay seated in order to create movement for extended periods of time, or maybe for those who are permanently seated. There is absolutely still a place for you here. We can easily work on all areas of our body, with our sit bones safe and secure, in a seat of your choice.

Busy Bee. You are a worker and you do not have the time or the space to go to a class, but your physical wellbeing is important to you. We can help! Let’s plan a practice that can be done in your own living room, next to your bed, or in your favorite chair as you drink your morning coffee.

Mobility/Movement. This is a favorite in our 50+ Community. Our bodies are very much so “Use it or lose it” So we have to get moving now, before we can’t move anymore. These movements do not have to be intense by any means and could even be done seated. We will learn about each joint and all the ways we can keep it moving smoothly for decades to come.

Stand Strong. Have you ever been afraid of how you would get back up after a fall? Is it getting more difficult to stand from being seated? There is absolutely something you can do to gain back that confidence. We can practice the movements you would need to raise yourself up and stand with strength and security.
