What Style of Yoga do we Practice?
Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is a slow-paced, beginner-friendly style that emphasizes mindful movement, breath-work, and relaxation.
We do deep, relaxing Basic Yoga poses, holding for 30sec-1min, and we strive to make the poses attainable for everyone to enjoy.It’s especially suitable for those new to yoga, recovering from injury, or with limited mobility. Modifications are offered to suit individual needs, making it a safe and inclusive practice.
Gentle yoga can help improve flexibility, balance, as well as a great stress relief, while promoting overall well-being.
No extreme poses here and no prior flexibility required.
Great for Men, Women, and People of all ages.
