Yoga For Beginners - This a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy stretching without the stress of advanced or difficult poses. It can also be adjusted for the age group of participants.
Gentle Yoga- This is elevated from the beginners option, but still made to be attainable for most. We use basic stretches, holding for 30 sec-1min, which really allows our muscles to relax and time to sink into each position.
Yoga Flow/Gentle Flow- Let’s bring in a little warmth and movement with a gentle Yoga flow. The types of stretches and poses we do, as well as the difficulty, can be adjusted depending on the personal level of the participants.
Kids Yoga- Let’s make stretching Enjoyable for kids and show them how taking care of their bodies can be exciting and interesting. We will get the kids moving, having fun, and teach them how to listen to what their body needs. This is a great option for Birthdays, Family parties, Church Events, and more! 30-45 Min
