- Made to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, from the kids to Grandma and Grandpa. We do basic yoga stretches with easy movements. Chairs available for seated stretches.
Gentle Yoga Basics
-No Prior experience with Yoga needed and Flexibility not required. Basic yoga stretches with longer hold times for deep relaxation and deep release.
Gentle Yoga Flow
-We practice adding slow and gentle movements to our Basic yoga stretches to create this Gentle Yoga Flow. Slow and steady, we work on Mobility to keep all the joints in our body healthy and mobile.
Kids Yoga
-Lets have all the fun possible and get these kids moving and grooving! Stretching and taking care of your body can be So Much Fun!
50+ Yoga and 60 + Yoga
-Your body is telling you it needs some genuine care and work to stay both healthy and mobile. I am here to help! This practice can be done seated on the ground or even from a Chair. We will explore Safe and Gentle ways to stretch your body and work on mobility, with no intense or extreme postures or stretches.
