Iwa Candle Company, LLC was established in August 2024 is located on the North Shore of Oahu in Hale’iwa, HI which is the home of the beloved ‘Iwa bird. (pronounced ee-va)
The ‘Iwa (great frigatebird) is a very special, sacred, respected and well-loved bird in Hawai’i. It symbolizes guidance and pathway, represents safe passage and finding your way home.
‘Iwa candle company was created with a vision that you see represented in the products today, capturing a true tropical experience and ambience. They are inspired by all of the natural beauty and tropical surroundings of Hawai’i.
The candles are hand poured with 100% soy wax that is ethically produced/sourced in the USA and made with high quality/premium fragrance oils. We strive to be as eco-friendly and health conscious as possible. They are free of any paraffins, phthalates, parabens, sulfates, lead, dyes and are vegan and cruelty free. The wicks are made of cotton and paper. The jar and tin labels are made from recycled paper.
